Corporate training that people actually remember

Most training sessions are forgotten within a week. Ours stick because we design around spaced repetition, real scenarios from your industry, and small-group practice. Based in Montréal, serving organizations across Québec and eastern Canada since 2016.

Training programs we run

Each program is built from modular half-day blocks. You pick the combination that matches your team's gaps, and we handle the rest: pre-work surveys, facilitation, post-session reinforcement emails over six weeks.

New manager foundations

A two-day intensive for people promoted into their first management role in the last twelve months. Covers delegation frameworks, one-on-one meeting structures, and giving feedback that changes behaviour without damaging trust. Groups of 8 to 14.

Senior leader strategy labs

Half-day sessions for directors and VPs, focused on aligning departmental OKRs with organizational strategy. Participants leave with a written 90-day execution plan reviewed by our facilitator.

Coaching skills for managers

Teaches the GROW model and two alternative coaching frameworks through live role-play. Four half-day sessions spaced two weeks apart so participants can practise between modules.

Change leadership

Designed for teams going through restructuring, M&A integration, or system migrations. We use a case-based approach drawn from real Québec organizations. One full day, with optional follow-up coaching for the lead sponsor.

Workplace harassment prevention

Meets Québec's Act Respecting Labour Standards requirements. Interactive scenarios replace the usual slide-heavy lecture. Offered in English and French. Duration: 3 hours for employees, 4.5 hours for managers.

Privacy and data handling

Covers Law 25 obligations for Québec organizations, including consent management, breach reporting timelines, and practical data classification exercises. Half-day format.

Health and safety awareness

Goes beyond the regulatory minimum. We run tabletop exercises simulating incidents so supervisors practise the response chain before they need it for real. One full day.

Ethics and conflicts of interest

Built around grey-area case studies specific to your sector. Participants debate scenarios in small groups, then benchmark their answers against a facilitated debrief. Three hours.

Presentation skills bootcamp

Two days of on-camera practice with individual video review. Participants deliver four progressively longer presentations and receive structured peer and facilitator feedback after each one.

Written communication for professionals

Focuses on emails, reports, and proposals. We rewrite real documents from participants' inboxes during the session so improvements are immediate and visible. One day.

Difficult conversations

Practises the "state, listen, decide" framework through paired role-plays with trained actors. Covers performance issues, client complaints, and peer conflicts. Half-day.

Cross-cultural communication

Relevant for teams with members across provinces or international offices. Examines high-context vs. low-context communication patterns and builds shared team norms. One day.

Data literacy for non-analysts

Teaches managers to read dashboards, ask the right questions about data quality, and spot misleading visualizations. No coding required. Half-day.

Project management essentials

Covers scope definition, work breakdown structures, and risk registers using a simulated project that runs across two days. Participants manage a fictional product launch from charter to lessons learned.

Process improvement with Lean

Walks teams through value stream mapping on one of their own workflows. By end of day, each group has identified at least two waste-reduction opportunities with estimated time savings.

AI tools for everyday work

A practical, hands-on half-day where participants use generative AI tools to draft emails, summarize reports, and build simple automations. We cover responsible use policies and common pitfalls.

How an engagement works

1. Discovery call (30 minutes)

We talk through what's happening in your team, what you've tried before, and what a good outcome looks like. No pitch deck, no pressure.

2. Needs assessment

We send a short survey to participants and interview two or three stakeholders. This takes about a week. The goal is to surface the real gaps, not just the ones listed in a job description.

3. Program design

Our instructional designers build the session plan, case studies, and practice exercises. You review a detailed outline before we finalize materials. Typical turnaround: 10 business days.

4. Delivery

Sessions run at your site, at our Montréal training space, or via video. Group sizes stay between 6 and 16 so everyone gets individual attention.

5. Reinforcement

Participants receive six weekly follow-up emails with micro-exercises tied to what they learned. Managers get a one-page guide on how to support skill transfer on the job.

Measured outcomes from recent programs

Common questions

Three to four weeks is comfortable for a standard program. Custom-designed engagements with original case studies need six to eight weeks. If you have an urgent need, call us and we will see what we can do.

Yes. Most of our facilitators are bilingual. All compliance programs are available in both English and French, with materials localized rather than simply translated.

A single half-day session for up to 16 participants starts at $3,200. Full-day programs range from $5,500 to $8,000 depending on customization. Multi-session packages come with a volume discount. We quote a fixed price after the discovery call so there are no surprises.

They can. We redesign the exercises for a virtual format rather than just putting slides on Zoom. Breakout rooms, collaborative whiteboards, and shorter time blocks keep engagement high. Virtual sessions cap at 12 participants per facilitator.

Every engagement includes a pre-session baseline survey and a 90-day follow-up assessment. We measure knowledge retention, behavioural change (reported by participants and their managers), and, where possible, a business metric you choose: complaint volume, cycle time, error rate, or similar.
